Once payment is received, I
will email you a link to a Shutterfly Lifebook Photobook template.
Just save it to your own Shutterfly account (which is free to create)
and get started adding your own photos and text, using my detailed
Lifebook guideline. The template includes 32 pages - you can use them
all, delete some or add some more. This option includes my support -
just email me if you run into any problems or questions as you create
your child's lifebook. I am here to help and my goal is that you have a
completed lifebook as soon as possible to start sharing with your
child! Once your lifebook creation is complete, just order the book
through your own Shutterfly account (prices start at $20 depending on
the # of pages, cover style, etc. - and they offer discount promotions
quite often).
The Lifebook Template option is great because although you are using my
guideline pages, YOU are still creating the book for your child and can
really customize it! You add your own text details, and photos (I do have some stock
photos that I include, like a birth mother graphic for example, that
you can choose to use - or not). Please note in the comments section of your Paypal payment your child's name, birthdate, Province of birth, and other family members if you would like me to partially customize the lifebook for you (title page,Chinese astrological sign page, etc.). Also include your preference for color scheme of the book - but keep in mind you can change colors, backgrounds, etc. once you receive the template.
You can customize the Lifebook in any
way that you'd like - color schemes, layouts, even choose a different
size book.....plus you can save the template to use in the future for
an updated book, or for another child. The template is yours to keep
and use as much as you would like - but I do ask that you not share the
template with others. I put a lot of time, work, imagination, and love
into the creation of this template. I hope that it will help you to
easily create your child's lifebook so you can start reading it
together right away!
This option DOES NOT include the completed photobook, just the
template. You should have some Shutterfly experience or be a little
bit tech savvy if choosing this option.

2.What country and type of adoption (China, Korea, Guatemala, etc.; Waiting Child/type of SN, or NSN) If your child had cleft lip and/or cleft palate I do have special wording for that.
3.(Optional) Child's full name, Chinese (or other country) Name or Birth Name, Child's Date of Birth, and Province. Also include name or nickname you call child (that you want throughout the book). If you include this information I can add it to the template before I send it to you.
